Storage and supplies

Stock levels are one of the key indicators of each manufacturing company. Inventories tie up both funds and warehouse space. By identifying ABC items and changing MRP parameters of individual items such as the amount of security stock, planning strategy, minimum order / planning batch sizes and their frequency, we are able to achieve a reduction in stocks, ie capital and storage space and returnable packaging.

Input logistics

By building an efficient transport structure from suppliers, we optimize incoming transport costs. In addition, we will take into account the synergies in transport, the total daily volumes of shipments received so that the volumes are evenly distributed over the week, streamlining the reception process and storage space requirements. We will review delivery conditions (FCA vs. DAP / DDP) in relation to the total cost of purchasing the input material.

Internal logistics

Internal logistics processes associated with manipulation usually bind to manual work, which has been increasingly expensive in recent years due to rising wages and Czech production companies are thus losing their competitiveness. With regard to optimal handling routes and transported volumes, we are able to design a rough layout of production areas and warehouses and thereby streamline internal handling while saving logistics personnel and handling equipment costs.

 

By designing microlayout of production lines we are able to achieve savings of direct employees and production areas.

System Settings (SAP)

Only with the correct setup of the ERP system (SAP) can the logistics and production processes be managed efficiently in production plants. In the area of SAP R / 3, we offer analysis and MRP parameter settings for purchased and manufactured parts, setting up the sales part of SAP with the aim of streamlining administration by standardization and making material records more transparent. For this we are able to prepare a proposal for material records solutions in internal logistics using barcodes or RFID technology.
